1. Morning Walk
The first step is to wake up early. Go for a 5–10 minute morning walk.Fresh air refreshes your mind and body.You may meet familiar faces on the way, exchange greetings, and feel good.You can also practice yoga, go to the gym, or exercise at home. Make daily exercise a habit.
2. Eat Healthy (Diet)
Start your morning with a banana — it reduces stress and increases serotonin, which improves mood.If not banana, eat an apple.
